Order Status

If you have an inquiry about the status of an order, please use the online Members page .

Changes to my order

Sending Via Courier: 3-5 working days. Customers, please note, the goods will be marked AUTHORISED TO LEAVE. This means that the goods will be left at your door if you are not home. If you do not want the goods to be left at the door, please tell us where you want the goods to be sent to (eg work address) so you can received the goods. Xtreem will not be liable for lost goods left at the door so if you have any concerns, please reply with a work address or a location where someone is always going to be there to receive the goods.


Sending Via Express Bag: 1-3 working days. Goods sent via Express Bag will be delivered directly to your house. If you are not at home, Australia Post will leave you a calling card. Simply take the calling card to the post office indicated in the calling card and pickup your goods from there.


Orders before 10:00am, Jobs will be ready for pickup or delivery the following day close of business (not including weekends). These includes all general and large format printing. For large runs, please email us before submitting the job.


Disc & USB Replications will take about 10-12 working days.

Disc Duplications will take about 1-3 working days.

Promotional Items includes Body wear and Head wear may take up to 7-14 working days.

Offset Printing may take up to 7 working days.

Please state the nature of your question or difficulty with the product at sales@xtreemtc.com.au . Be sure to add your name and address and your order number if available.

Sell Currency

All pricing in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice. Freight is not included in the product price. All sales subject to Xtreem Print & Display Returns Policy.

Privacy Policy & Security of Card Holders

We respect the rights of the consumer. No information given by any visitor or customer at this site will be sold to any third party. This includes personal information, email or any credit information submitted to this website. Credit card details are not held on this website. We past all card information securely to the National Australia Bank on their encrypted hosted server.
