Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use your software?

To use our ordering system you must have Java installed and enabled. You can get the latest version of Java at www.java.com, you will also be prompted to install the plugin if you try to use this upload option before installing it.

What file format must my images be?

Our online ordering system works with file formats jpg, png and tiff.

What is the requirement for my photo resolution?

Your file should be 300dpi for any given output size. 200dpi is satisfactory, but the highest resolution you can obtain is always best.

I got error message when ordering online. What should I do?

If you are receiving any error messages or are unable to complete the checkout process, this may be due internet connection issues, file format issues and/or using your browsers back button during checkout. Once you experience any of these issues you will need to clear your browsers history and cache and start again. This will remove any saved projects and anything in your shopping cart.
